Shannon Rollins, CCHt is a skilled Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotist with over 500 hours in training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy and is also the Host of The Well-Balanced Mind on Be Well TV and Professional Hypnotist and love to help people who fight anxiety, negative feelings, or insecurity find relief. She has worked in the health & wellness field for over 10 years as a Wellness leader and coach and has a Masters Degree in Health Behavior from the University of Florida.
Shannon is deeply passionate about helping people achieve inner peace and healing so they can reach their goals, whatever they may be. As a Hypnotist, Shannon’s worked with hundreds of people to help them discover there deeper reasons of emotional pain, worries, stress, and negative habits and helped them release and reclaim their lives, not only to help people achieve fulfillment & healing, but also to change the narrative of mental health in America.
In addition to Hypnosis, Shannon is a Certified Master NLP Practitioner with MER® training from the American Institute of Integrative Psychology, Rapid Relief Anxiety Specialist, a Certified Sports Psychology Coach, and a Certified Life Coach from ICF accredited institution. She uses modalities like NLP, Breathwork, Meditation, and Coaching throughout her Hypnotherapy sessions for maximum results.
